Terms of Service

Welcome to Wéini. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wéini platform provided by Cirql, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing tickets, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your password and authentication tokens secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Event Registration & Tickets

• Tickets are personal and linked to your account
• Each ticket includes an encrypted QR code for check-in at the event
• Registration is subject to event capacity and organizer-set limits (maximum tickets per user)
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by each event organizer and displayed on the event page

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details
• A platform fee of 5% may be applied to paid tickets
• Refund eligibility depends on the event's refund policy (full refund, no refund, or time-limited refund)
• Prices are displayed in the currency set by the event organizer

5. For Organizers

• Organizations must be approved by Wéini administrators before creating events
• Organizers must provide accurate event information and legal business details
• Organizers are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations
• Organizers must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fraudulent events or tickets
• Abusing the ticketing system or manipulating QR codes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
• Using automated tools to scrape data or create accounts
• Interfering with the platform's security or other users' experience

7. Intellectual Property

The Wéini name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Event content (descriptions, images) belongs to the respective organizers. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wéini acts as a platform connecting event organizers and attendees. We are not the organizer of events listed on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for event cancellations, quality, safety, or any disputes between organizers and attendees. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the GDPR account deletion process. Upon deletion, your data will be anonymized and permanently removed according to our data retention policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
